None of this is essential — send what you have. But the more of it we get, the tighter the number.
Models & quantities
Manufacturer and model, and roughly how many of each. A CMDB export is ideal; a rack elevation works too.
Configuration
CPU, memory and drive counts where you know them. This is where most of the value sits in a server.
Timescales
When does it need to be gone? Hand-back deadlines and change windows shape how we plan the collection.
Location & access
Site postcode, floor level, lift access, and any escort or induction requirements at the DC.
