Our Commitment

ServerGear Ltd is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in any form, including human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour.

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we have taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our supply chains or any part of our business.

Our Business

ServerGear Ltd is a UK-based supplier of enterprise server hardware, components, and IT infrastructure solutions. We source products from established manufacturers and authorised distributors, primarily from:

  • Direct manufacturer partnerships (HPE, Dell, Lenovo, etc.)
  • Authorised UK and European distributors
  • Certified refurbishment partners

Our Supply Chain

We work exclusively with reputable suppliers who share our values. Our supply chain due diligence includes:

  • Supplier vetting and background checks
  • Contractual requirements regarding ethical practices
  • Preference for suppliers with their own Modern Slavery policies
  • Regular review of supplier relationships

Our Policies

  • Supplier Code of Conduct - All suppliers must agree to our ethical standards
  • Whistleblowing Policy - Employees can report concerns confidentially

Risk Assessment

We assess the risk of modern slavery in our business operations as low because:

  • We operate solely in the UK with UK-based employees
  • Our suppliers are primarily large, publicly traded companies with established compliance programmes
  • We do not operate in high-risk sectors or geographies
  • All employees are paid above the National Living Wage

Training

Key staff involved in supply chain management and recruitment receive training on identifying signs of modern slavery and our reporting procedures.

Measuring Effectiveness

We measure the effectiveness of our approach through:

  • Annual review of supplier compliance
  • Monitoring of whistleblowing reports
  • Staff training completion rates
  • Regular policy reviews
